-2 controllers
-sonic's slow-mo shoes (the red ones)
go to multiplayer and be sonic ( it don't matter who the other player is)
1. have slow-mo shoes on (red shoes)
2. hold Lt or what ever it is on ps3
3. make shure u have NO rings (if u do loose them all)
4. die while holding Lt with red shoes
5. when u respawn you should run super fast.
(if u die you will still have it, unless you use slow-mo shoes... if so do it again)
i havent tryed it with shadow... it might work, but it won't with silver
